yes it is set to open December 31 . They are working 24 hours a day painting and demo is working 20 hours a day. The guy that built foxwoods is doing this one and he says it will be up and running on december 31. The Feds need to give it the green light to open but was told it's a done deal. Age to get in will be 18 and it will be a 24 hour a day operation .
