Charles, we have that chip to be from The Cotton Club in Deer Lodge, Mt in the 1930's. See TGT, Audit Ed., P. 86, top of 2nd column and in Steve Goodrich's "The Casino Chips of Montana", under Club, The (aka The Cotton Club), Deer Lodge, Mt., colors--White, Blue, Brown, Yellow.
