A lot of sellers use extra charges on the Ebay sales to allow for a small profit in selling a chip. Starting a $1 chip at $1 and geting only the minimum bid means you lose money. As long as the charges are known ahead of time I don't think the club has any business telling a member how much to charge for a chip. Unless fraud or misrepresentation is involved I think that the club should stay out.
