Here are a couple chips I did get IDs on:
blue JHC--J. H. Conner, Tulare, CA 1946.
black JRW--Paul Baessler c/o Gloria Wash, Los Angeles, CA 1966.
I wonder where each of these ended up! Both are quite worn, like they were used in clubs for a long spell. I don't collect California chips, so both of these are available fs/ft.
