For those collectors (like me) who like fractional Chipcos, here is a comparison of the original and current issue half dollars from Casino Regina in Canada. The original lighter one on the right has a textured surface. The later chocolate-colored one has a satin finish. In addition to the surface and color differences, notice the different letter spacing and the spacing after the dollar sign which indicates that new art was made as well (unless it's just the shrinking Canadian dollar!).
