Tunica Report

Well it is time for another Tunica report. We managed to get there last weekend just in time for the hurricane which was really just a rain storm that far north but it was 6" of rain. While there are no major changes I was very dissappointed that Isle of Capri had closed a week or two before we got there. I had called ahead and the told me that they would be open until Sept. 30. I was hoping to set a few extra sets of house and roulette chips but no such luck. I think most of you have seen the chips on the enclosed scan but the slot cards are new to me. Since my supply of chips was getting very low (after losing those pools all summer)I ended up spending way to much resupplying my trade list. I did manage to find a few obsolete chips and some nice Silver Strikes also.

It seems like all of the real casinos (table games) keep shrinking to be replaced by more slot machines. Fortunately they still have a few low stakes tables at some of the casinos. The only other major chip change was a set of roulettes but you can see that in the report above.
