I think that Gene is way off base. Manufacturers errors, scarce errors, etc. Simple put, this chip deviates from what was expected to be put on the chip. One cannot draw the conclusion that something is scarce simply because it is an error.

Example 1: The Carson City Nugget chip without the line. Is that an error? Most people seem to think so, but many are available.

The one thing that is clear is that Jack is new to the hobby. I do not believe that he is trying to harm anyone. With a warm welcome like this, and others similar to Mike Parr, it's no wonder people are rushing into the club.
