Starting last week I have run into serious trouble with both Netscape and IE. Netscape won't permit me to use the back up buttons nor can I access Newsgroups. IE won't let me in. I installed Netscape 7.0 last week and it worked for two days. Now it will not open. This post is on Netscape 6.2. I have talked with my internet techies (Roadrunner) and they worked with me for an hour. I have Windows XP. Any ideas before I start calling in the wrong pros?
