I just got back from Alaska (having spent 3 days in Vancouver). I got some stuff from the Great Canadian Casinos and I was wondering (I will make a scan later), but some chips have numbers on them, like serial numbers, but they often duplicate. Whats that about?

Also, I will send funds for more padded envelopes, what the Canadian rate and US rate?
