The croupier handles the table with players as normal and the bank of machines handle themselves based on the play of the machine with a flat panel display for seeing the wheel and action at the table.

At the Hard Rock in Manchester, they have a bank of these machines around a wheel with only the machines playing and a host to spin the wheel. No money changes hands between the host and the player and there are no chips at this table, everything is done through the machine (via ezpay ticket type thing) and bill changers on the machine.
