The chip on the left was delivered to the New York office of USPC in 1923. That is all the information I have on both chips.

The crest and seal (not the die cut on the left) looks like a Burt chip (due to the smaller inlay) which would date it 1948 or later.

Can anyone Identify the "TCC (Country Club?). Also, can I assume with any authority they are from the same club?
