Does it have to be "Tavern" or would Bar or Saloon qualify?

The only few I have are used as drink chips and have an increasing value. Somewhere approaching $2.25 to $3 each right now. Also plain old H&C chips with no vlaues marked on them, and do not say anything about being a drink chip either.
