Rene, I don't want to get into it on these either but comparing these to HR chips is not accurate due to the cross-over collectors. Also, I do NOT twist anyone's words!! Show me where I've ever done that and I'll post a public apology to that person and to you!

Next point, yes I have a website and sell chips. If you took the time to look and posted accurate results, the chips you say I have for "hundreds of dollars" are TWO! The one from Vegas I bought for $200 and advertise for $325 on my site. It's the last one I have and will probably sell for the $200 I paid at next years club auction. The "price" is a figure that was below book value when I posted it. The other is an AC chip that I paid $75 for as an extra trader or to sell. I know I'll get no where near that price and am lucky to get my money back. The El Rancho chips belong to James Campiglia who asked me to post them for him. There you have it!! I gave you a lot more info than I needed to but I have nothing to hide nor any hidden motives in my posts or deals. These are obsolete chips too, not "created" rarities and there IS a difference. I'm sure you sell obsolete chips for hundreds of dollars too and since it's your business, you pay a lot less than I did for my extrs.

You also use the Palms as an example. The difference here is that if a collector wants to add their chips to their collections, enough are made for them to do this. Another invalid comparison.

That said, I understand your idea on these, give some out at the show and sell the rest for a profit. I'll eat all my words and post a public reply to you if after one year I do not see these for sale by you for $50 a set......using "rare" only 100 produced as a selling item. Let's for arguments sake that 2000 of each is too much. If you made 1500 of each and offered them to club members at $2 each you don't think they'd sell out?? As long as it's a "live" $1 chip at PS I don't think you'd have a problem. Remember....only sell HALF at that price and you're even. If I were in "business" and had 12 grand to invest, I'd take you up on that offer for 1500 chips each and have the check out to you ASAP. I'd be very happy doubling my investment in a short period of time. Maybe that's our biggest difference, 12 grand profit means a lot more to me than to you. Now I'M done!!
