I used to save chips like your HAN on the right.
Being I had access to entire deliveries of BJ orders at the FQ's and Fiesta, there just got to be too many of them, to keep all of them.

The inlays are printed on a roll and a lady sits there and puts them on chips as the roll turns. It is a very fast process (for a hand process), there is no way she can look at each inlay.
There is a 2nd inspection of the chips and I have seen big piles sorted out, but again many get by.
