Any serious collectors of illegals, am looking for (or knowledge of) club chips from 3 Yankee states:
Vermont-this is still not in the Gaming Table as far as I know
Connecticut - except for all of the Trimble/Lighterman HCE records (of which I have never seen any chips) has anyone seen any?
Delaware - Even Jerry Birl has drawn a blank on his home state (except for his own discount off chips, not necessarily illegal but maybe shady)

Last item:
For any 'legal collector' or closet illegal collectors collecting legal chips, does anyone have knowledge of Murray Utah's 'Pair-a-dice Casino', non-betting 'fun spot', much like a Dave & Buster's in Dallas or Houston (fake gambling for fun)?
