Sure looks like it to me. But the unique thing about this particular chip is that the Cache Creek Indian casino has no roulette table as live roulette tables are not legal in California.

Oh yes, I am aware of the live crap table in use at one of the Northern San Diego Indian Casinos (can't remember just which of the five it is) but to me it's not the same as Las Vegas. For those of you that might not be aware of that table, they use cards dealt out of a shoe in the middle of the table to determine the numbers instead of dice.
