I looked at all of my posts over the last couple of days regarding the Hard Rock's chip program and can not find where I posted any "dissatisfied" comments.

True, they have not been in business very long, less than 1 year, yet they are upcoming and have a very aggressive chip program - more than I can say about the Hard Rock.

You continued with "The hard rock has been good to its people. Like in any business, you will see peaks and valleys, but no other hotel has been as strong as the hard rock as far as chips are concerned, and no other hotel has made the kind of money for the people who fancy this hobby as the hard rock."

I can not comment on the Hard Rock's treatment of their people nor their business. But the statement "...Hard Rock.. strong as far as on chips...", what do you mean by "strong" I don't see any agressiveness about the Hard Rock chip program at all and then "...made the kind of money for the people who fancy this hobby..." I can state that the Hard Rock chip program has cost me far, far more CASH than the Palms chip program has - with most of that CASH going to the Hard Rock employees. Also, I've never have had to stand in line for chips at the Palms and then be told there they would not be released to the public or not yet available and to wait yet even longer - the Palms chip program is very collector friendly.

We are not Palms employees and we don't PUSH any casino, we just tell people about casino's who have treated us fairly and whose establishment, food and gaming we enjoy. We like the Hard Rock for a brief visit, but we spend much, much more time at the Palms enjoying ourselves.

I'm not mad either, Bam Bam, but I think you need to step back, take off your Hard Rock uniform and really see the world as it is. By the way, I look forward to seeing you in line on Friday the 13th.
