Me & my intrepid, fellow Florida chipper braved 2 foot seas in 90 degree plus heat to sail this afternoon on Royal Casino 1. It turns out that this boat is the Ella Star reincarnated. In fact slot tokens are the ones used by the the Ella Star which once sailed from Haulover Beach Marina in Miami-Dade County. The new boat has be re-fitted & now sails from the Ambassador Hotel which is across the street from the newly built Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood. Pretty standard fare as to the table games with one wrinkle that being 3 Card Poker. Chips are manufactured by CHIPCO with the casino logo. The .50 cent is the composition unicorn mold with hot stamp. A $5 & $25 IGT are available to those holding the card. Roulettes are generic & there are no player club cards as yet. Real grand opening is set for some time in September. They will be lucky to last that long as there were only 80 bave souls onboard. I'll try to keep you all posted as to any further details.
