I've had a couple transactions on eBay lately that started out badly. One was from that person selling all the Dubuque Casino Belle chips. They were described as MINT, NEVER USED so I bought some to replace the ones I had. When they arrived they were not even close to MINT. They were nice looking chips, just not as described. I received a full refund from her, including my cost to send the chips back.

The other was for a $25 Star, Lake Charles chip I bought. It had been coated with some kind of clear lacquer or something. That person refunded the auction price and the postage I paid for them to send them to me. They did not refund the postage I paid to return them, but I did not ask for that in this instance as they were not described wrong.

I left positive feedback for both sellers because they both did the right thing.
