On a recent trip to the Baltics, I happened on Riga, Latvia. Riga is a mini Las Vegas. It had over 15 casinos - many of which were in an area
called old town, During my visit I was able to get casino chips from 8 different casinos. In addition, i visited casinos in Tallin, Estonia,
Helsinki, Finland,and St. Petersburg, Russia.
