Isn't there any rule in ebay about pulling auctions for no reason, especially in the last 5 minutes, just because there is no acceptable bid? And if he is shill bidding to get the opening price doesn't he have to go thru with the auction anyway and pay the fees? I thought that once there was a bid you couldn't cancel an auction.
