Jim Pierre is the Club's appointed Claims Director. As such he is the principle point of contact for any and all claims, complaints, etc. He functions in that capacity as an extension of the Board's responsibility to receive and handle claims and complaints as stipulated in the Constitution/By-Laws.

Although a claim/complaint going in to Jim regarding the Brass Core Inquiry would be forwarded to the Board, it does not mean that Jim cannot function as a point-of-contact.

Although it is unfortunate that we must have such process (Claims), there is no reason to inhibit the flow of notification for want of who to send it to.

Therefore, it is perfectly acceptable to process such notifications to Jim Pierre. If the complaint belongs else where, the Jim will get it there.
