Originally the 2nd episode of CSI this year was about poker and filmed at the Palms. That was changed and moved to the Aladdin. I was disapointed!
Monday night the CSI Prop Manager asked me to get 2 poker tables set up in the Palms High Roller room. Duh! I only have 1 spare table.
The filming for the poker scenes were done Tuesday. The other shots for episode 2 are still being filmed at the Aladdin. Not sure if they are going to actually use the Aladdin name in the episode or not.
I believe both the craps and poker scenes will be very close to the real thing. I have been Airborning props to the prop department for several weeks. I was surprised at the number of CSI crew it took to film these scenes. I did not count them but it was a large number. Most were young and very professional. Marg Helgenberger is VERY pretty.
There was a casting call for Palms employees on Monday.
