Gambling Board ID needed

This is a gaming device of some sort from Barney's Old Homestead. This was an old bar / club in Bellevue, Ky. I have chips and tokens from this place. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? It is about 4 feet down each rail.
It's hanging on the wall now , but it must have been a table game. My guess is you flipped coins on it and if your coin was cleanly within a square you were paid off at the odds in that square. If your coin hit any of the line between squares you lost. The part of the board with the numbers is raised about a half an inch above the gutter on each side. I guess that was a place to rake the coins into. Any other Ideas? Thanks for any info.
