Cagnes sur Mer, France. Playing 'la boule' vbg

Me and my friend Rich went to play some 'la boule' (you know, the game I explained in the clubmagazine and on this BB before). In the small casino from Cagnes sur Mer next to the coastline and close to Nice, they have a small version of 'La Boule', also called 'poorman's roulette'. The minimum was €2 so they also had €4 , of which I find a 4 denomintation NOT to be so common.
We played for a while, us included there where 3 players, so we had to 'harvest' our new € chips.(hey, we get enough practice during the convention in LV vbg rofl )
So here is the result :

made by B&G.
Being so close to Nice, we went and visit Casino Ruhl, where the French Roulette is minimum €10 (auch, darn they had to close Vacation Village with 25 cent roulette vbg ) so I bought in for €50 and played 1 time, the rest went into my pocket.
By the way, the old Palais de Mediterané, of which the facade is still there, is comming along great. I think the new hotel/casino will open in 2004, with the original facade and on the Promenade D'Anglais, this historical building will be back to its full glory.
