David, welcome to.......

Greg's Message Board,
Chip collecting, and
the CC&GTCC!

I see that you are in the Colorado area. Be sure to check out the Colorado Chapter of the CC&GTCC. Click the link below to visit the CC&GTCC's web-site that includes a page listing all Chapters. The Colorado Chapter is there, along with a point of contact for additional information.

Again, welcome to chip collecting. Please take a moment or two to tell us a little about yourself. How long have you been collecting? Do you have a specific area of interest? Also, if you post a mailing address, I am certain that some of us will be happy to send along an expression of "welcome".

As far as sending chips to members of the CC&GTCC you should have no problems. I remember asking that very same question when I first got involved with trades and the answer I got back...."My limit is $200, unless I have traded with the person before." Well it sure surprised me, as my collection wasn't even over $200 in face value at the time! Anyway, in the 3 1/2 - 4 years that I have been trading, I have never been burned.

My collection is over 1,000 chips and the vast majority are there because of trades.

Anyway, please feel free to send me your address.

Best regards,

Jim Follis
