I was there about noon and had no problem parking or obtaining chips...The cards shown are Charter Member cards that were mailed to Rincon players before Harrah's Rincon opened. These cards are not issued at the casino, they are using regular Harrah's cards...The hotel room key is what is being used. This is a generic Harrah's room key that more and more of their properties are going to..I found the casino and service very pleasant......If you don't like lines or traffic stay away on the weekends and at night, at least till all the hoopla dies down....
