These chips are definately NOT Grand opening chips. These are house chips. Even if they were obtained on the day of the grand opening, they are house chips; pure and simple. They are not limited, they were never designed to commemorated the Grand Opening, They do not state "Grand Opening". To state a chip is a Grand Opening chip, it is IMPLIED that the chip was produced and intended by the casino specifically to commemorate the Grand Opening of said casino. If was not the case, then the chip is NOT as advertised. And like you, if i received these chips from that description, i would be mad as hell. especially since you contacted him prior to the bid and were assured that they were as described. GO GET HIM!!
