No, actually it's about an "extreme" athlete named Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) who tends to break the law now and then. He gets recuited by a government agency (by Samuel L. Jackson) to go to some Eastern European country to infiltrate an anarchic organization (because the regular agents keep getting killed trying to do this).

Great James Bond-type action sequences, great looking Eastern European chick ("Bond Girl"), awesome "Bond Weapon", there's also the nerdy guy who comes up with some amazing weapons (Q). Cutting edge music and state-of-the-art non-stop action sequences and, amazingly enough, a cogent and coherent plot line.
