My friend Rich Figarotta and his wife arrived last saturday in Nice, we got together (with my wife and the kids) and that evening me and Rich went to Casino Ruhl and Cagnes sur Mer. In the last one me and Rich played 'la boule' and got some €2 and €4 chips, in Ruhl we got the new €10 jetons and some higher ones.
Sunday of to Monte Carlo, BIG bummer for us as now they use in Cafe de Paris, Sporting d'ete, Sun Casino and the main Casino ALL the same chips, only in the main they have the jetons. So we got what we wanted and played a bit.
Then on monday we drove to Spain and yesterday we got together with Fran at Casino Barcelona and also went to Casino Lloret de Mar and got jetons. Friday we will go to Peralada, which I rate as one of the most beautifull casino's from Europe.
For the moment it is raining and the perfect time to go to a internet cafe and check the chipboard.
