6-5 Seems better than "Single Deck 21"

It amazes me how popular the single-deck 21 games are getting. Blackjack pays even money. THere are a few rules that even it out (I think 21 pays even on a push, and I know you can surrender after a double-down) but most tourists don't understand things like surrender anyway. Of course, I begged my wife not to play this game at Green Valley Ranch Station a week or two ago, and she proceeded to win back some of the money I lost at traditional blackjack.

Personally, I'm getting realyl sick of blackjack dealers hitting soft 17s. And as I stated in a previous post, it ticks me off that places like the Hard Rock only stand on soft 17 in their high-roller section.
