The Story is that it is not "very rare"

Dean claims in his auction that the value is $40 -- Does anyone know of any very rare chips worth only $40?

According to Dean almost every chip is "Very Rare", "Rare" or "Scarce"

BTW what is the difference between Rare and Very Rare

(Aside from that several members have had signifcant problems with transactions with Dean Clark)
