If that is indeed a chip from the opening of the Beverly Hills,and if that is Peter Schimdt, the owner, then perhaps his grandson Glenn Schimdt Jr., might be able to ID him. He lives here in the Newport area. If I can get a good enough image from your post I'll run it by him.
