I need to get to the V.A. hospital in Palo Alto,Ca. tomorrow. Anyone in the Bay area know the best way to get there ?

Let's say i'm through Sacramento on I-80 headin' S. toward S.F. I'll be going through Sacramento about 7:00 am. Hitting the Bay area at a bad time, but can't be helped. Should I stay on I-80 and down the Nimitz Fwy. ?

Should I take the Bay Bridge.......The San Mateo Bridge.......Or the bridge at Newark.

Or is there an easier route ?

Hate this trip, but gotta be there at 11:00 am.

Any help would be just lovely.
