I don't know the dimensions either, but the padding that is being described can be bought at any fabric store. It's call dining table padding. the top plastic is attached to the foam already and goes to the top. It's perpose is a Moisture barrier. I''ve covered many and played many. If you could see my arms it's this wide --- this deep-- this high. Good luck
