I agree, Keep the chip. The BOD has approved it.

However, this situation does point to a need for a Club logo that is totally owned and under the control of the Club. The current logo is evidently owned by Bill who has graciously granted us the use of his artwork. If the Club can obtain the rights to the current logo without any restrictions great. Otherwise a new design is needed.
