I think that you bring up a very good question. I will try to give you a very open and honest question. I try to collect several different areas of chips: Carson City, Northern Nevada pretty chips which are truly scarce, California chips with a Paulson Inlay, and at one time brass cores.

I lost interest in the brass cores for two reasons, 1) I had every Navada brass chip up to the $100, and I wasn't willing to go to higher denominations, and 2) I had a number of legitimate color errors that where no longer interesting to me because of the altered brass core chips. I spent $800 cash for my $100 Crystal Bay Club chip that was undrilled. No one wants one anymore, since they have been showing up with new plastic. I would rather stick with truly scarce older Northern Nevada chips which hold my interest more.

I do have 5 unique brass core pieces from Harrah's that I believe are truly unique, and I am looking to move them to an interested collector.
