I've never tried to buy a limited edition from the cage. I happened to be at the Hard Rock the day the Hagar chips were released, so I tried to pick them up, but it was late afternoon and they were all gone. What's the scene like when a chip first goes on sale? Is there a huge line of dealers, collectors, etc? Or is it more casual? Are you likely to get what you want if you show up, or is it like camping on line for concert tickets.

Anyone insight would be appreciated. I wanted to try getting the 4 Queens July 4 chips today, but couldn't get downtown. I might try to pick up the WHo on Friday, since I have business over by the Hard Rock anyway.
