The Horseshoe has released copies of the World Series of Poker tapes from 1973, '78, '79, '81 & '83. I picked up all 5 tapes on Thursday. These were shows done by CBS back when they covered the WSOP (except for the '73 tape which was done by the Horseshoe). When they first started the WSOP up until the mid '80's or so they always used live chips instead of tournament chips. The chip I just saw in the '81 tape that was not in The Chip Rack is a $1,000 maroon colored chip with 3 mustard inserts with an ARODIE mold. The $500 chip used with the $1,000 is N9980 in The Chip Rack & the $100 chip is N0345.
