I went with some friends this afternoon to check out the Street of Dreams here in Green Valley Ranch at MacDonald Highlands.

If you live here you might want to check it out on Saturday or Sunday as those are the last two days. For those that do not know, the Street of Dreams was started about 12 years ago. I went to my first one when I was in Houston for a month back in 1990. They have a certain number (in this case at MacDonald Highlands there are 4) of multi-million dollar homes with all the latest technology & furnished with no expense spared.

One home we were in had a $150,000 security system. The bottom floor bar & pool room had windows looking into the pool. Too much to describe here, but well worth a look if you have time this weekend. It costs $10 & you can hang out & explore the homes from 11 till 8:30. The views are incredible! If you go later say around 7:30 you can check out the view during the day & at night. All that said I still like the Seven Hills (also in Green Valley Ranch) Street of Dreams I went to back in '98 the best.
