These are real chips... However I believe that Premier went out of business and the chips just got realeased to the public in mass. I bought a $5, $5 Millenium (Chipco), $25, $100 and $500 for $2 each (big junk box at table 55) at the convention just because I kind of liked the logo and they were cheap. I also found Dolphin Cruise line chips from the same table.

If you like the looks of the chips buy them, but don't spend too much on them. This is not an investment grade chip.
