Re: Where is Mr. Casino?
In Response To: Where is Mr. Casino? ()

Hi Greg,

Mr Casino operated out of Orilla Ontario ( 1 hour north of Toronto – 20 min north of Scott B). It was a “roving” charity casino, which meant that it would change locations weekly. They covered a very large area geographically Pretty much everything north of Toronto to as far as Sudbury (as I have heard, but I have never been that far north). It typically operated about 10 - 15 BJ tables, and about 2 poker tables. The BJ tables were $10 max bets, and the poker games were $2-$5, or $5-$10 Hold’em (occasionally they would have a $10-$20 game on weekends). They casino closed in May of 1997 or 1998. They had $0.50, $1, $2.50, and $5 chips. I don’t think that there was a $25 chip, but I could be wrong. If you would like more info let me know.

I have included a pic below. I have no idea what I did with the $2.50, but I know it’s around here somewhere. vbg
