Closest ones are Lucky Chances and Artichoke Joe's in Colma and San Bruno respectively. (both south of S.F.) Artichoke's is pretty close to S.F. Int. Airport. Across the Bay Bridge to the east the closest are the Oaks in Emeryville and Casino San Pablo in San Pablo. There are others depending on how far your friend wants to drive.
