I believe this is the famous "Jimmy Hoffa" chip. The story is that they were having a fund raiser at the Riv (the City of Hope dinner backed by the Teamsters) and Hoffa was giving these out to the guests. It was in a key chain type thing. There was one in the club auction this year (lot #180), but I don't remember what it sold for.
