I aggree 100% in the general feeling of opinions espressed in this thread. Intent seems to be the root of the problem, not the authenticity so much. Dealing in Borlands could land you in some pretty hot water fast, without looking at intent. Take a look at Gene's excellent example, very fake but understandably collectable and no ill-intent. After all, some fakes ar a big part of chip history. (But could be very dangerous in the wrong hands, I admit!)
