Let’s let the readers decide, and if I was in the wrong, then I will be more than happy to apologize on the chipboard, like I already did in person by email.

Josh approached me on may 16th and ask me to sell him two mint rolling stones $25 dollar chips and two mint $25 Billy Joel chips. He asked me to bring them to the hard rock on Friday morning for him to buy.

Note for the readers: I had bought my Sammy Hagar chips, $25's and $5's the night before when I found them on the game, so I was traveling down to the hard rock especially to take care of this transaction.

I got down to the hard rock at 6:30 am and waited in line, in case they issued any more $25 dollar chips, but to also meet josh to sell him 4 mint chips for $150 dollars. At the time he approached me, I had already had two of the four chips on ebay and josh (dice702) had the winning bid.
I showed up and waited in line, bought chips for Bennie (casinochips4u) and finally left the hard rock around 10:17. At no time did josh approach me or let me know that he was there to consummate the deal. After 10:17am and no sign of josh I left.

Later on that day, I saw him online and asked him why he didn't approach me and let me know he was there. He said he was in line waiting for chips and that he saw me there and that he was going to get a hold of me when he was done purchasing chips.

I told him that if I had asked someone to make a special trip down to the hard rock to sell me something at below cost of what I could sell it for on ebay, I would have gone out of my way to let them know I was there.

Our conversation ended and he said he would get a hold of me later.

7 days passed and I hadn't heard back from josh. In my mind, if I were so interested in buying something for resale, I would go out of my way to complete the purchase. When I didn't hear back from josh after 9 days, I assumed he was not longer interested and I listed them on ebay to make a profit, just like anyone else would.

I received an email from josh stating that I was a greedy snake that I should do the right thing and take down the auction and sell the chips to him and forget the people who had bid on the chips which are currently listed on ebay.

READERS, I NEED YOUR HELP. WHO WAS WRONG IN THIS SITUATION? I APOLOGIZED TO JOSH FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE I MIGHT HAVE CAUSED HIM AND IF HE STILL WANTED THE ROLLING STONES CHIPS, HE COULD HAVE THEM. THE QUESTION I HAVE IS......HOW LONG DOES A SELLER HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE LISTING SOMETHING WHEN A BUYERS FAILS TO DO WHAT HE/SHE SAYS THEY ARE GOING TO DO?

IN MY MIND, IT WAS A CLEAR CASE OF MISUNDERSTANDING AND SO I EXPLAINED TO JOSH.
