My understanding is only two casinos have coupons for chips in the "goodie bag," the Palms and the Hard Rock. The other places have value convention chips (actually the Palms has these too) which you can buy at the cage without a coupon. Some of these places have limits on how many of any one person can buy. I believe Gene said for example the Palms $25 convention chip was to be limited to one per person. So I think if you want a "complete" set of the convention chips you're going to have to go to at least some of the places yourself.
