The main trade session is at 8:00pm on Wednesday evening at the Trop. Keep in mind that this is intended to be a trading session and it is very frowned upon to sell chips. That just competes with the dealers who pay big money to rent a table at the convention. That does not mean that you can't offer a little cash to make a deal work but there were some problems a few years ago with someone who set up a table at the session only to sell his items. Also keep in mind that this will be the most fun you can have as a collector!
