I use a rule of thumb that if I can get a chip for 1/2 of TCR value then I did very well. But there are also a lot of high dollar Nevada chips coming into the market which has depressed the prices of THOSE particular chips. I have no idea why you would pay $160 for a chip worth, realistically, not more than $200 and then try to resell it a week later and expect to make a profit.
