I know the original comic book price guide goes for like $1,000. I think it is 15 to 20 years old. It probably has to be mint though.

I kept a case of my 1st edition hard back chip books I only made 1,000 of. Just in case, you never know, with the way this hobby is growing I could have 24 books worth $1,000 each in 20 years.
